Answers:
cycling gives you leg muscles, which add to weight!. but twice round the block on yous bike keeps your joints in good order!.
swimming gives you neck and shoulder muscles!.
i suggest you eat 3 meals per day, don't snack all day and have a humongous meal in evening, that is fattening!.
you are only 16, you have puppy fat :-) don't worry to much about it!. just do the exercises, by the time you are 20 you will be very shapely ladyWww@Answer-Health@Com

To take off a little on the gut - I think walking/jogging, riding your bike and those kinds of activities would work even better!.!.!.

If you combine a high activity level - with eating healthy (it sounds like you already have a good, healthy variety in your diet), and most importantly at the right times:
Breakfast in the morning
Lunch
Dinner
(no meals after 9PM)

Swimming is one of the best ways to take off some weight, so if you have that option - I would definitely recommend you to do that!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If its the gut, do the 50 sit-ups, and when you can do more!. Riding a bike would also be good!. Swimming will probably just do good for your arms!. Do a lot of walking and ALOT of sit-ups and you should be fine!. And sit-ups won't take up to much time so you can do your studies!.

Good luck, I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there,

I think you're on the right track, sounds like you're working hard and putting in a lot of effort! You're not at a bad weight to start with and 10-20 lbs is nothing, it will come off in no time!.

If you want to see even faster results, maybe up the cardio and do the swimming/running 3 times a week!.!.!.push yourself hard!. You can do it!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is 75kg too heavy (sorry perthetic Q i know, just couldnt resist, want to hear opinion)!?!?

thanks for answering my questions :D
you weigh the same as me
how tall are you!?
you should try to get at least 3 days of cardio in your week so maby 2 days of jogging and the swimming once a week
that plus healthy eating and the sit ups and things should workWww@Answer-Health@Com

30 mins of exercise 4 days a week is the recommended!.

so guessing increase the swim to tiwce a week and one run or walk and one bike and it should be perfect!.

the more exercise you manage the sharper your brain will be for study!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That might be overkill!.

The kind of exercise that gets your heart moving is the best kind for weight loss!. Ride a bike, or run a mile!. Try to make your heart move for 20 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off!.!.!.when working out and on a new diet, drinking lots of water its a must!.!.!.when starting a new work out make sure that you do not over do it!.!.!.maybe start with 50 sit ups a day only five days a week!.!.!.then increase the amount and days of sit ups!.!.!. skipping is great but make sure that u start out slow as well!.!.!.if possible try to start with thirty minute work outs and over time add more minutes!.!.!.maybe walk to school a few times a week if its not too far!.!.!.stretching and warming up helps too!.!.!.you are young so chances are if you stick to it you will achieve your goal in no time!. Portion control when on a diet is great but make sure to have all of your essentials!.!.!.you can do it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK the FITT principle states that u should be exercising 3-4 times a week, minimum!. I suggest adding in another session of exercise!. Try and intergrate study and exercise!. This is for fitness not weight loss but it should be the same!. It also states that you should exercise for 30-40 minutes!. Your weight is not really relevant, compared to say ur body mass index or the amount of excess fat!. Situps arent really great for losing weight, cardiovascular exercise (basically exercise that involves a lot of movement) is best!. Don't cut down on your proportions of vegetable too much, just don't get too close to the 3 prime evils, sugar, fat and carbohydrates!. (obviously u need some or u will starve, but dont overdose)!. Don't go too far or put out a number you have to meet!. If you lose 3 kilos and your gut is gone, you can stop dieting so restrictively!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
