So fustrated!?!

Question: So fustrated!!?
I need to lose roughly 45 pounds!. I have been eating a healthy range of food and increasing my exercise!.
A normal day for me now would be:
Porridge with a (small) bit of honey!.
Banana
Tuna fish sandwich with whitebread which I am now thinking of replacing!. Pickles and a small dab of light mayo!.
Strawberries and a kiwi
Steamed salmon with carrots!.
Snacking on carrots rest of the evening!.

Of course I don't eat this everyday but I'm just giving you an idea :-) All of that adds up to roughly 1300 cals a day!.
My exercise could go one of a few directions!.
I always ride a stationary bicycle vigorously for 20 just to get my heart rate up and feel better in the morning time!.

I either walk 6 miles at a brisk walk or if it is bad weather outside I would do a cardio video!.
I have been exercising for a little over a month now and seen small progress at frist
Now I've been at the same weight for 2 weeks now with no weight training so no muscle gain I think!.!.!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is quite unusual!. Do you have a slow matabolism!? I'm not sure if that would result in this, but it may!. But the excersize may be turning the fat to muscle which ways more!. That would never result in this, so I'm not sure!.
All that I can say that will help is dont go to mypyrimad!.gov, I've been eating 800 calories of what its recommended 1600 calores, and I am abolutely healthy!.Also, eat lots of fiber!. It'll help clean out your colon which may be giving you alot of extra pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you eat the same food every day!? It looks very healthy, but try switching some of it out, like the types of fish or breakfast cereal!. Also, try sticking to whole grains and replacing the bread with whole wheat!. It may be higher calorie, but fiber is important for health and aids in weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your workout routine seems perfect, your diet as well, but yes, I also think you should replace the white bread with wholewheat crackers or wholemeal bread!. Also make sure your portion sizes are correct!. If you lost some weight in the beginning then it shows you're definitely on the right track!. Most of the time after losing a bit of weight you reach a 'set point' and your body weight will stay constant for a while!.

Make sure to change your cardio workouts every day!. If you cycle the one day, then run the treadmill the next day so your body won't get use to the same exercises!. Also vary your intensity levels on the cardio equipment atleast every 2 to 3 minutes, don't stay at the same pace the whole time!.

Good luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
