Good girl! Did you know soda is loaded with sodium!? All that sodium that causes you to retain water! Just think of all the sodium and sugar that's in soda pop!.!.!.!.
Another thing that helps is drinking LOTS of water!. It's good for you!.!.!.helps flush out impurities AND makes you feel fuller so that you eat less! Before each meal!.!.!.!.drink like two huge glasses of water right before you sit down!.!.!.!.you'll eat less!.

Soda doesn't have fat in it, but the sugar calories do turn INTO fat if you don't burn them off in a half hour or so, which is why your weight would go down!.
Health-wise, you would decrease the chances of new cavities!.

in order to lose weight u need to lose some calories!.so eat healthier and excercise!soda would just cut down on the sugar,so you wont really lose any wait!.AND even if you have sugar-free koolaid ur still getting calories and it wont do anything!.good luck losing weight :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hard to say but you'll definitely feel better if you keep off of it!. I even feel worse when I drink regular soda instead of diet soda!. That stuff is really addictive and I wish you luck in your attempts not to drink it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I can't say how much you will lose but just total up all the calories you are doing without in a week and you will be shocked!.I switched to those flavored water drinks by Minute Maid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
