Question: Can i lose 5-7 pounds in 19 days if!.!.!.!?
For the Next 19 Days i
1!.Eat 1000-1200 calories a day
2!.Trampoline for 30 minutes
3!. Bike Ride about 7 miles
4!. Run for 20 minutes on the Tread mill
5!. Walk for 30 minutes
6!. Do 3 sets of 50 sit-ups/crunches
7!. Do 3 sets of 10 pushups
8!. Drink ONLY water
i am 15, male, and weigh around 145, i'm 5'7''

you dont need to lose weight working out is fine!. its good you work so you can be tone and in good shape you still have growing to do youre only 15 and you are 5'7 so i say to not try and lose weight!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
