Question: No guy likes me!. Should I go on a Healthy diet!?
Im 13 years old and I weigh 122!.6 pounds!. Im about 5'1''!. No one says I look fat, but no guy likes me!. i wear a med!. at american eagle and a four in pants!. i do alot of sports and dont know why im so big!. My mom is a nutrisonist so i eat healtht most of the time!. What am i doing wrong and what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes guys don't know how to handle a girl that is good at sports and in great shape!. You're lucky to have you ma be in a nutritionist (I'm sure there are times were you disagree!)!. What do you mean by "healthy!?" You said you already eat healthy most of the time!. You're crazy if you want to change your body because boys don't seem to like you!. Just continue to be yourself and be confident!. Somebody will come along that will make you get giggles and butterflies!. Just wait and be thankful that you are who you are!. As for the size part; because you eat healthy and do a lot of sports, your muscle mass could be awesome!. You're also thirteen and have many experiences yet to come!. First off you're 13 years old!. God, why do you need a guy to like you, and I'm pretty sure you don't mean in a "friends way" to like you, right!? Trying to make yourself look good for men makes you appear like you are looking for attention(In which can make you look like a slut!.)
You might be rolling your eyes, but really why, at your young age do want guys to like you!. If it's because "everybody has a boyfriend/girlfriend" than you have to open your eyes and realize not everybody has one!. You should wait a while and mature before trying to seek out a mate!.
Second you are not big, you are at a pretty acceptable weight!. A median isn't a bad size, if I'm guessing right you have a bust, and a size four in pants mean you have good legs(or you haven't developed hips yet!.) If you want you might want to tone up some!. I weight a 170 (at 5'4), but because I'm toned people say I look 145-150!. Or even ask your mom for some advice!.
Really dear, don't worry about boys yet!. Ignore your peers and the media, and just stay a kid for as long as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your size is fine!. Keep away from the refined sugars and fats, and keep on eating your fruits and veggies!.

I remember how I had a hunger headache through my teens and 20s, and to no useful purpose!. If anything, I was tired and hungry and hard to get along with!.

There's a book called "Fat is a Feminist Issue" that helped me to get out of that trap!. Their man-bashing is annoying, but it has some important things to tell us, Now I eat whatever I want whenever I want (but no more), and maintain a healthy weight!.

Keep on with the sports!. Regular exercise helps to keep our metabolism from slowing right down!. More importantly, it's an activity that's good for body, mind and spirit!. It helps you to be an interesting person, and gives you something to share with others!.

I'm sure that 99 guys out of 100 find a happy smile much more attractive than hip bones sticking out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not doing anything wrong!. You are height/weight proportionate for someone who does a lot of sports (muscle weighs more then fat) which is probably why no one calls you fat!. Maybe you should allow yourself to be a little more approachable!. Talk to your girlfriends and ask for their frank opinions!. They won't want to tell you anything bad about yourself but insist on the truth!. You may not like what you hear, but at least you'll know what to work on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
