Would it be healthy if i were to ...?

Drink and eat nothing but water, but still taking a vitaman every other day. I'm trying to loose weight this summer and I'm trying to think of good ways to loose weight. I'm going to be exercising everyday too. So any suggestions are very good. THANKS!

Listen sweetie, if you only drink water and take vitamins you will be hurting your health.

If you want to lose weight, then try a more gradual and healthy approach. Try to get an exercise routine going that you want to do. Like play a sport or roller blade, or even try playing those exercise-inducing games like the Eye-toy for Playstation or Nintendo Wii games.

Try to eat a more balanced diet. Don't hurt yourself by only drinking water and vitamins. You need to get a wide range of nutriets and vitamins.

Try to cut down on unhealthy and high-calorie and high-fat food. Cut down on sodas and ice-cream, and go for more fruits and veggies.

And don't feel that being a little bit heavy is unattractive. Believe me, being very skinny is unhealthy and it's also unattractive for many people, including me. Just try to have a healthy diet and a normal weight, and I would say for a 20 year old woman a normal weight is between 110 pounds and 180 pounds, because it all depends on your height and other factors too, like genetics.
