im 15, I weight 105
but i wanna loose 15 pounds because it looks like i have a big gut and i wanna loose it in a month
and im lazy so i dont wanna workout or whatever
i herd that u can just eat ice when u get hungry
but idk if it would work
&& if your going to write rude comments or stuff saying your to young you shouldnt care about your weight just stfu &&

You can't lose 15 pounds in a month in a healthy way!. The bodybuilding bible says you can lose 2 pounds a week in a healthy way!. And that's fat pounds!. Any more & you'll be losing muscle!.!.!.which ain't good!. If you really wanna get into good shape, if your serious about this!.!.!. it takes a commitment to exercise and watching your diet!. It a lifestyle choice & you have to stick with it!. A body just does not respond quickly to getting into shape!. If you are serious, check out some fitness sites like:

15 year olds are traditionally NOT supposed to weigh but 90 lb!.s but what ever
