What are some good tricep workouts, to make them stronger?!


Question: What are some good tricep workouts, to make them stronger!?
I've been mad because I been using dumbbells and didn't figure out they work bias by far, so I can curl a 50 but cannot bench anything!.!.

Please suggest good ones, preferable either free or less than 50 dollars involved!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pushups, the closer your hands are the more triceps you involve, having them touching under the sternum can be tough, always keep the elbows in!.

Tiger bends are tough, from a push up position touch the elbows to the floor and push back up, like a skull crusher, but with no kit!.

One arm pushups are something to aim for!.

Wall walking is great for all upper body pushing muscles (triceps included)!. Simply put your feet on the wall, hands on the floor, walk the feet up and the hands in until you are vertical (upside down), you can walk up and down or just up and hold!.
For a real killer, do a pushup every time you walk up!.

Firstly, with dumbbells, you can so tricep kickbacks, where you kneel on a bench (or sofa etc!. if you haven't got a weights bench) put the arm you are not working also on the bench and extend your other arm backwards!. Furthermore, you can do seated tricep extensions and full tricep extensions with dumbbells!.
