Question: Oh, Please Help!!?
I'm going on a diet, but I eat all the wrong foods! I eat so much, and need to limit the foods I eat each day and for each meal!. What are some great foods I can eat that WON'T make me gain weight, but will fill me up!? Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are tons of foods you can enjoy that are healthy and "diet friendly"!. For breakfast, usually a good choice is oatmeal, cereal, or fruit!. However, be cautious!. Read nutrition labels before buying things, because some cereals and oatmeal's have tons of sugar in them!. I'd suggest Quaker Weight Control oatmeal, with a little Splenda brown sugar in it!. Some healthy cereals are Smart Start, Special K or Go Lean Kashi!. Fruits are also good fillers for breakfast, or for a snack throughout the day!. If you get hungry like me mid morning, try some hummus on wheat reduced fat crackers!. Hummus is very nutritious and comes in a variety of flavors!. If that's not your style, you can have a handful of peanuts or a slice of turkey!. For lunch, there are SO MANY ideas you can come up with!. Just remember for sandwiches, stay away from mayonnaise, cheese, roast beef, salami, and Bologna!. Try turkey on wheat bread with lettuce, lots of veggies, and honey mustard for flavor!. You can also have salads with grilled chicken, or a grilled chicken sandwich!. Lean Cuisine has a ton of different options and are very healthy!. Again, these are only examples-the possibilities for lunch are endless!. Dinner foods can be treated as lunch!. If you get hungry during the day, have a low calorie energy bar or a Fiber One bar!. Remember to check if the energy bar is low calorie though, because if it's not it should be treated as a meal!. Fiber One bars are very filling!. Fruit is also filling!. Try to eat more during the day and less for dinner/at night!. Hopefully this helps!.

no food should fill you up because you would lose weight faster if you stop eating just before you get full!.
make enough food so that you would know you would eat it and not have leftovers that you will go and eat just because it's there
also, portion out your food!.
if you have pasta, dish out enough to fill your whole hand!.
when having any meat take enough to fill the palm of your hand!.
having vegetables and fruits a lot also would help with your diet!.
exercising daily would help tone your body!.

if you are looking to loose some weight, a healthy way to do that is to lose 1 pound a week!. the south beach diet looses 8 to 13 pounds in 2 weeks but that is because there is no pasta, fruit, bread and stuff like that!. you can eat until you are full, as much meat and seafood as you want, three meals a day!.!. i went on this diet and it really got my belly fat gone!. if you want to exercise, that will add more to your weight loss!. i ran and jogged and lifted weights!. hope i helped! you should pick up the book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
