3 stone in 3 months..?!


Question: 3 stone in 3 months!.!.!?
I really want to lose 3 stone Over summer! I have june , july and august!. I plan to go to my gym everyday and Aleady I've begun eatng healthily!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ignore the 1 meal a day advice!. one golden rule to remember- never miss breakfast!. if you dont eat within an hour of waking, your body goes into starvation mode and stores whatever you eat as fat!. have three sensible meals and eat healthy snacks such as fruit in between so you are eating something every couple of hours to keep your metabolism as fast as possible!. imagine metabolism as a fire, you have to set it alight on a morning (breakfast) and you have to keep putting fuel on it regularly to keep it burning!. if you drink a lot of alcohol, stick to white spirits such as vodka/gin with low calorie/calorie free mixer!. avoid sweet wines, lager, cider, beer, alcopops etc!. one pint of lager alone contains 200 calories! with this advice and being more active, the weight should drop off!. using these rules i have lost 1st 4lb in 2 mnths!. i know its not as quick as you would like, but its more sensible as the weight is more likely to go back on really quickly afterwards if you crash dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
