How do i get fit, and loose some weight?!


Question: How do i get fit, and loose some weight!?
i am not at all "fat" but i would feel better if i could loose a few pounds!.

i am 5 ft, 7!.5 inches tall and weigh about 150!. my insecurities are my thighs and my stomach

i really want an easy workout plan/ food guide, and i have NO idea where to even begin

it would be greatly appreciated if you could guide me in the right direction!.!.!.THANKS!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay well I would suggest eating healthy at about 2000 calories per day!. What I do is do 100 crunches on my stomach everyday!. Of course I take breaks but not very long ones!. Then I turn on my side and lift that leg up 50 times then switch sides and do the same thing on the other leg!. Then I do 50 regular crunches on my sides so I don't have lovehandles!.

Plus I do cardio but I do a sport that I enjoy instead of running on a treadmill which I hate!. I take my ipod outside and get a ball!. I play soccer although any sport will do!. I enjoy it so much that I lose track of time an end up exercising for and or hour and a half!.I've lost 13 pounds and I've been on the diet for about a month!.

It isn't that fastest way but it is the best way to keep it off!. Plus alot of the time, losing weight is stopped because of plateaus!.Do something active that you enjoy and never give up!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
