Question: How could I lose 10 pounds in a matter of days without taking any diet pills!?
I do exercise and eat low fat diet all times, but stuck with this 10pound excess belly mass!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and make
some sort of outrageous claim that I can get you
to loose 40 pounds in two weeks without killing
yourself, because I can't!. And even though, it is
very possible to lose at least 20 pounds in a two
week period of time I am not going to teach you
how to go about doing it because it is extremely
unhealthy, and I can bet you already know the
strategy to that, don't you!? Just don't eat and
you can accomplish that, but I guarantee that
there will also be a lot of muscle mass lost in
the process, and you definitely don't want that
because it is the muscle that is going to have you
looking great once you dissolve all that fat from your
body!.

The real amount of weight that you should be
striving for on a weekly basis is one to two
pounds!. That's it! Unless you weigh over
280 pounds 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy
amount of weight lost!. If you are over 280 pounds
3-4 pounds a week is acceptable!.

I know this seems like it is going to take forever
to reach your goals, but if you want to loose
weight and KEEP IT OFF, this is what you
have to do!. And when you think about it, two
pounds a week is about eight pounds a month,
and eight pounds times twelve months equals
96 pounds in one year!. That's not bad at all, now
is it!?

So, here's how you go about losing those 5 pounds
or more in this two weeks!.

Do a good thirty minutes of cardio every day, whether
it be running, jogging, or playing some type of sport that
you enjoy!. Furthermore, make sure that you are eating
the right kinds of foods!. Salads, grilled chicken breast,
Salmon, nuts, you can through some whey protein
in there, and some fruit; however, not an excessive amount!.
You definitely want to stay away from the fried foods,
french fries, pastries, and ice cream because these
foods will most definitely hinder your weight loss!.

If you stick to this plan and are committed, then you'll
definitely loose those five pounds or more in two weeks!.
And remember, be consistent!. Even when you do lose
five pounds in two weeks, you probably aren't going
to see any noticeable difference, but it is the little
steps we take today that have a huge effect in the future!.

if you drink alot or just use to, that may be the problem!. but i suggest you get on that treadmill and start running like you stole a playstation 3 and do lots of crunches for the next several days!. it worked for my friend anyway!. allow time for your body to rest, and make sure you have lots of vitamin b12 and potassium in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything worth doing is worth doing right!.!.!.correct!?!?!.!.!.why the rush!?!.!.!.you need to give yourself a fighting chance of achieving your goal!.!.!.3 months is fine and aim to lose 2-3 lbs per month by healthy diet and exercise 3-5 times per week for at least 30 mins raising your heartrate so you are out of breath!.

Change up your routine!.
Try a spring-jog work out or pick up something fun like spinning!
Are you drinking enough water!?

Well, you can lose 10 lbs in a matter of 3 weeks, but losing more then 3 lbs a week if very unhealthy, so there is no Healthy way of losing that much weight in a matter of daysWww@Answer-Health@Com
