Example of a well balanced plant based diet?!


Question: Example of a well balanced plant based diet!?
I'm 21 years old and I am overweight by about 60lbs! Not fun!

I strongly dislike meats and fish (including poultry)!.

I'm looking for somebody to give me an example of a diet that would allow me to get in all of my nutrients from plant based foods!.

Example of what I'm looking for:
Meal # 1: 1 meidum banana
Mean # 2:!.!.!.!.!.
Etc!.!.!.

Something so that I can make sure I'm getting enough protein & calories!.!.!.so that I'm not feeling like I'm starving but so that I dont feel tempted to snack on junk!.

I really dislike beans! I know that they're a great sourse of protein, but id'rather get my protein from nuts and other plant foods!.

Some fruits/veggies I love:
Avacados, tomatoes, bananas, apples, pears, oranges, celery!.!.

Just, you all ready know what you like, so I'd suggest you go to the health food store or nutrition adviser and ask about a good source of natural foods are good for just you!
