hey im 13 im 5 foot 5 and 147 pounds. i want to lose between 15-20 pounds before school starts on August 27th (20 pounds would be a little bit after school started; im trying to be realistic so tell me if this isnt). I no im not really fat, but 90 percent of the girls at my school are TONS skinnier than me, and i just want to be at the normal. To get to my goal, heres what i plan on doing:
only eat when im hungry
eat small portions
eat fruit for breakfast
eat lean cuisines for lunch (those things are so good!)
no fatty, oily, or sweet foods
drink 3-4 bottles of water a day (thats about 51-68 ounces of water)
bike a lot! (what i do is bike 20 miles per day 4 miles before breakfast, 4 miles in between breakfast and lunch, 4 miles twice in between lunch and dinner, and between a 2 mile and 4 mile bike ride after dinner)
i also play tennis 2wice a week and swim a little

Answers:
-Make sure you drink more water, and don't eat any kind of junk food, or candy.
-Lift weights, but very light ones in order to tone your body more, and also use those weights and do some squats. They are good your your thighs and buttocks.
-Try doing sit ups and a few push ups.
