Do you work out to the point where you are almost DEAD?!


Question: Do you work out to the point where you are almost DEAD!?
I work a good 60 hours a week, so when I do work out I try to make it count!. I have asthma and run to the limit, gasping wildly for breath at the end, and then do pushups, crunches, pullups, etc!., until I can barely move!.

I just restarted doing all this in the past year or so but am 38 and should probably take it easier, no!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, 38 isn't old -- you're my husband's age, he doesn't do half as much and he's incredibly fit!. He keeps it to an hour on the treadmill/out running every day and a couple of hours at the gym twice a week!. He's got a perfect physique and his health is optimum!.

So it's not so much as it's bad for you, but the excess isn't necessary!. Unless you want to look absolutely ripped which may, you know, float your boat I guess!.

If you burn off too much fat to give way for muscle, as well as stretching the skin it can make you feel colder, cramps can be more likely, and things suddenly become a lot more painful like injections!.

I don't know personally, but my friend who goes swimming every day was crying in pain after she had a booster, because it sliced straight through that muscle!.

Besides, too much of a good thing isn't good at all, remember!.!.!.:]

good work out
30minutes-1 hour a day
and take a break 1 day a week
to help you muscle
form it self!.!.

i would take it easier not because of your age but you probablly think all this excersise is good for your health but doing toooooo much is actually bad for your self so i would take it a bit easier
