Trampoline excersize?!


Question: Trampoline excersize!?
i have a trampoline and i was wondering if you know any good workouts on the trampoline!. if you do, please let me know!. iam always up for good excersize!. [=Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do series of jumps!.!.!.about ten!. You could do 10 straight swinging your arms around once each jump!. You could then do 20, but do 1 straight and then 1 with a tuck in it etc!. You could also do another series of 20 with a pike in the jump every other one (a pike is where you touch your toes with your legs as straight as possible)!.

Another suggestion is if there are younger children around they often enjoy playing a game of tag or chase around the trampoline if you are up for that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm well I jump a lot like tuck jumps!. A good 100-150 a day or more but at differents times!. It helped my thighs a lot and I actually lost weight!.

Or!.!.!. donkey kicks in a row!. My record is 70!.!.!.its not as easy as you thikn it would be!.

But I don't really know what you mean by excercise!. Like with what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
