Weight loss malfunction!!!!?
Ok everybody I need some serious help here. I need to jump on some kind of diet train that works and continues to works. I have tried every diet out there, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, South Beach, Jenny Craig, etc. And yes I excercise and eat healthy and such, but after awhile its like everything just stops, SO I up the excercise down the food intake and its like nothing works! So what either happens is I gain weight back, or stand still. Can someone please give me some ideas that might help me lose weight and continue to loss weight until I reach my desired goal. Any and all answers are welcome.

try a calorie diet. i did it and IT WORKS!! (=
500-100 CALORIES NOTHING LESS OR MORE.
