i eat fruit for breakfast and a healthy lunch and dinner. do you think this will help me lose the weight faster? Or atleast more efficently

You need more than just fruit for breakfast. How about having some plain yogurt and your own added sugar and fruit? Also, add some more fiber, which will aid you in weight weight. Aside from that, you should be good to go, as long as you have at least 1200 calories a day.
