Question:

Was I genetically predisposed to have a body like serena williams?

I run, I diet- and I am about to start yoga. But it seems like no matter what I do- I still have a body like serena williams. My arms and calves are very muscular (even when I don't exercise), and my thighs are massive. I have gone from a size 12- to like a 4 and now I am back up to and 8 trying to get down again. What can I do, to smooth out my muscles (make them less rigid? Is this possible? I would love to look a little less manly).
