What are the secrets of topmodels??

hii,i would like to know what kind of workouts do the models that they look so good and skinny but not so muscuolous. i do joging but my thigs got quite musculous...and what kind of exercises do they do on their behinds? does anyone know a good website where are exercieses and tips for eating to look so good?

Sweetie it takes alot. I am not a big time model or anything, but I do model for small Hilfigure, AE, and Smith shows. It does take a lot, but don't get discouraged its not hard. I am only 5'6. This makes it almost impossible for me to ever become a real big time model, however I do have a kick *** body. Jogging is good for you, and you should not quite doing it. You need those muscles if you dont have them, your legs will be filled with cellolite. Who want that. Instead of jogging, try speed walking. But the all time, really not a secret, is pilates. This is no joke. I said I was 5'6, however this work out give a longer long to your body and muscles. Which in turn makes them look more sleek, and not like bulky muscles. If you continue with a regular speed walking, then pilates three times a week regiment, you will look great in no time. Pilates works all the muscles in your butt, arms, legs, stomach. Good luck
