I am 4 feet 11 inches and I weigh 126lbs.?!


Question: I am 4 feet 11 inches and I weigh 126lbs!.!?
I'm an 18 yr old girl and I am only 4' 11" tall!. I weigh 127lbs and Im not happy with the way I look or feel!. Most people at that height should way prob 100 pounds in my guess!. I've been starting to work out a bit more, but i really need to cut out the bad eating habits!. I have a "Jlo" booty and am starting to get a tummy haha!. I hate it! I've been depressed alot with things going on in my home life and I am an emotional eater!. Things have been turning around for the better now though, so I want my weight to get back on track as well!. I cant get the will power to eat healthier and less though!. Please give me some tips!. I know the obvious ways to lose weigh, but i cant get the will power and motivation to do so!. I need advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, I'm 4'11" too! I'm about to turn 20 years old!.

Right now I'm hovering between 120lbs and 122lbs!. I've also been going through some depressing times!. A couple years ago one of my parents died, so everything's been downhill since then!. Money problems, college, etc!.

I used to weigh 156lbs!. Turns out I am diabetic, so I learned to eat right, and I'm now only about 10lbs to 15lbs away from my goal!. It's definitely possible, even through the tough times!. I still have trouble getting out of bed sometimes, but when I do, exercise always helps make things seem more hopeful!.

Just keep trying, is all I can say!. Research proper nutrition, and never believe what anyone tells you!. Research it yourself, figure out how your body works, and make informed decisions in regards to your health!. Experiment with your diet, and learn to figure out what makes you feel good and what makes you feel bad!. What sort of eating habits make you feel hungrier and which ones make you eat less!.

I'll tell you what I'm doing so as not to leave you in the dark!. I try to avoid added sugar and white flour!. I check ingredients labels constantly!. I also avoid hydrogenated oils!. I take my diabetes medication as well as highly refined fish oil capsules!. I try to do cardio 30-45 minutes per day but don't make myself feel guilty when I skip a few days!. I've noticed I feel awful and crave bad things when I don't exercise though!. I also lift weights at home!. I have two 10lb weights and two 5lb weights, and with these, or just with my own body weight, I tone up my muscles!. I try to do this every other day, but never on consecutive days!. I don't like counting calories, but for our height, I think 1200 calories is sufficient!.

Also, watch your carbs!. Avoid refined carbs!. I generally try to eat bread and fruit before 3pm!. After 3pm, I try to eat high protein, low carb foods, like meat and veggies!. Oh, and never eat carbs alone!. Try to eat your carbs with a little protein!. For instance, instead of a plain banana, eat it with some peanut butter!.

And like someone else said, once you start seeing results, it gets a lot easier!. My motivation and will power seem to come and go!. I'll sometimes go an entire week without exercising or watching what I eat, but eventually my motivation comes back and I find myself losing another five pounds!. Just keep at it!. You must either eat fewer cals or burn off more, or both!. You might talk to a counselor to address the emotional issues that are causing you to over eat!. If you can commit to working out and dieting for one week you will probably see at least a 2-pound weight loss!. This small success can give you the will power to go another week!. I'd recommend you emo-eat foods with high percentages of water content!. By binging on foods like Cucumber, Celery, and Carrots, you won't be eating as much as you think!. A whole cucumber has 40 calories in it!

First of all you might be a bit overweight for your height but that doesn't make 100lb your ideal weight!. Even just getting down to 110lb-120lb would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
