How to lose weight with my diet?!


Question: How to lose weight with my diet!?
Ok guys and gals listen up!. my friend is indian and he wants to lose weight!. he has been cutting down on calories and eating healthy for the first two meals ( breakfast and lunch and snacks in between) BUT since he is indian and his parents dnt think think he needs to lose weight ( cuz he needs to lose just 10 pnds to give him a more skinnier look but his parents think he is skinny) so he has to eat indian food ( which has vegetables but is usually cooked with lots of oil) and so i want to know does he have to stop this oil diet to really lose those ten pounds!. or excercise more and eat more healthier foods!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight is a combination of exercise and eating the proper foods, no matter where you live!. As far as the oil, it depends on what kind!. Vegetable and corn oil is ok in moderation!. Oil that's saturated in fat, such as animal fat is not good at all!. Here are a couple of sites where you can get some good dieting ideas!. It's helped me to lose a lot of weight!.
