Question: A workout rountine for a 14 yr old!?
i need a workout rountime Medium no to hard or too easy!. I am 170 pounds and want to lose 20-25 pounds in 3 months!. Pleeeex helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, cut out sodas completely!.
drink at LEAST 5 glasses of water a day to flush you out of toxins!. i find that if you eat lots of hot sauce with your meal, you're more likely to down several glasses of water!. (:

and stretching is essential before and after exercising!. 5 minutes before and after should be sufficent!.

as for workout, 30-50 minutes on a treadmill if you have one, or climbing stairs for 20 minutes, lots of squats and lunges, and sit ups!. swimming is also good in the summer!. or you could even run laps around your neighborhood block, or run with a pet!.

weight lifting is also good, because muscle will overtake fat very quickly!. but make sure that once you start to see muscles, you slow down so you don't develop huge biceps and become "ripped!."

eat in moderation too!. you can have what you want, just small amounts!. for instance for ice cream, just get 1 scoop with alittle chocolate and maybe some fruit, instead of a mound of ice cream with caramel, chocolate, sprinkles and other toppings!.

follow this and you should be well on your way to losing weight!. you will have to keep up the exercises and dieting, and don't forget!.!.!.no pain no gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly drink lots of water it should be 8 pints a day i no it is quite a lot but it gets rid of excess skin!. Eat 3 meals a day and instead of snacking on crisps and sweets etc you should eat fruit and veg,, and most importantly exercise as much as possible it is soo important to keep exercise up :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
