Question: How can i control my hunger!?!?!?Please help!!!!?
I'm trying to loose my chubbiness so I need to eat less! I eat about 2000 to 2500 calories!. I'm 5'3 and 110 pounds!. I love eating!. What foods will make me feel full!? How can I control this crazy hunger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The answer to eating less is ultimately eating less!. Try a week eating very little every day!. Gradually after a week eat a little bit more, but in portion size, This will shrink the size of your stomach, making the feeling of you getting full happen quicker!. Also eat slower so you notice when you start to get full!. By doing this overeating is less likely to occur!. Try eating things that are low in fats and sugars, but high in protein!. I eat this greek yogurt that is plain flavored!. It is thick and bitter tasting but I add granola and fruit to make it taste better!. It has pretty much no sugar and 20 grams of protein per cup, which is more than some meats!. I also have things like cashews, with no flavoring other than a little salt!. Try Cliff or Power Bars also for working out or on the go!. Try things high in fiber too!. Just eating less is not going to get rid rid of all of it, only a quarter to half!. well how old are u!? u do not sound chubby at all to me!. i would say to maybe start drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables!. trust me i know they suck if u dont like them because i dont either!. and maybe you could skip a meal and eat a bunch of healthy snacks instead!. try to get involved in physical sports and go to the gym as well that way you can burn carbs!. i know it sounds like a lot of work but u just need to get used to it!. trust me i have been there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating slower!. concentrate on the food that you are eating!. try eating foods that have a higher fiber content!. that will make you feel more full!. also drink more water!. if you must munch, try eating crunchy, healthy foods like veggies or chew sugar free gum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try 5-6 small meals a day, with breakfast being the biggest and dinner being the smallest!. but don't forget that girls should have a little stomach fat, they shouldn't have a six-pack! u sound fine, but just try that 5-6 small meals thing if u really need to lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

you dont sound at all chubby to me, but i find chewing spearmint gum and drinking green tea helps to starve off cravings!Www@Answer-Health@Com
