I am 15 years old and I am 5'2" I am muscular and I weigh about 120lbs any suggestions on how I can lose about 10lbs in 4 weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you don't need to lose weight!. If you are muscular then you are at a perfect weight!. Muscle weighs more than fat!. If you weren't muscular and were just flabby then I'd say to lose ten lbs!. Just eat right and exercise more if you want to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your short and weight 120lbs!.you probably dont need to lose any weight!.you said that your muscular so your weight is ok!.

if the weight is mostly muscle weight than your ok,but if you are flabby or stocky then i'd just focus on toning not losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
