Need help about food?!


Question: Need help about food!?
I have not been eating snacks for a wile during the day and no desserts ever other week and kinda noticed a diff!. (I do excercise!) What are some really good things to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are not really bad for me!? I'm 15 is that too young to be drinking those health drinks for dinner (have not tried too yet!)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For breakfast you could have eggs, toast, healthy ceral, and so on!. In the morning, it is important to get your nutrients, since ur starting out the day!

For lunch, you could have a smoothie or a salad!. Like the girl said above me!. A smoothie you could get your fruits in it, while have something delicious, and a sald, you could get your greens!.

For dinner, you could have meat!. It is very healthy for the bones, and it is also protein!. It will help you grow!.

fruit salad!.

lunch:

salad and chicken!.
tortilla wrap!.
