Question:

I need to lose weight before school starts!?

I have a problem with sitting down and watching tv/eating junk food. I want to lose this huge stomach i have!

Problem is, I only do good if someone hands me a schedule for the day, and then I follow it. An excercise/eating schedule.

Can someone help me out? Like make a schedule for me? Because I will definetly give you 10 points!

OMG I have the same goal in mind… and working on it. Maybe we should keep in touch : )
Depending on your schedule, this may vary a bit.

Breakfast: *3 eggs white and fry them with Pan or any other kind of 0 calorie cooking spray. Add a sliced apple (or any other fruit except grapes-too much sugar)
OR
*1 serving of Oatmeal with a fruit
OR
*1 serving of cereal with 3/4 cup of skim milk with a fruit (about 250 calories)
Grapefruits, apples, oranges, or peaches are some of the best fruits for this time
~~~~~Egg meal (180 calories) Oatmeal (220 calories)

A Mug of Coffee or a cup of tea during the afternoon is great to curve your appetite

Lunch: * Wheat spaghetti (1 serving with some sauce is about 250-300 calories)
OR
*1 can of veggies or 3 raw serving boiled with one cooked cup of brown rice. (200 calories) Like a can of green beans (80 calories) or you can boil broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini etc.
~~~~~~This meal will end up being about 250-350 calories

Since your lunch had so many carbs, an hour after you eat lunch would be the best time to workout for 30 minutes. You like watching TV, so during a show jog in place during commercials, talk a walk at a 3 mph pace, or go in you back yard and play some soccer. Anything really goes as long as its cardio (you heart beats at about 140 beats a minute)

Dinner: If this meal is at about 6 pm then you can eat pretty much about anything, as long as it’s not filled with oil
If this meal is after 6 pm then you should try:
* a salad, add 2 tbsp of cheese, maybe about 2oz of chicken breast (about the length of 2 fingers), and if you want ranch either put fat free, or instead of pouring your ranch-dip your fork in it and then eat with it. (This meal would be about 350-400 calories)
OR
*A Turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread with a lil bit of mayo, some lettuce, maybe tomato. ( About 200-300 calories)

Throughout the day, you should have 3-4 snacks which are about 90-150 calories each.

A cereal bar (a healthy cereal like Special K)
A granola bar
1 serving of Crackers
Fruits (best snacks ever)
Carrots or celery (maybe with some fat free ranch)

Your calories should add up to 1300-1500

4-8 cups of water throughout the day.

Just be careful not to eat potatoes, white rice/bread/pasta, grapes, anything fried (unless its with Pam)

Also on some situations, just use common since. Anything that was made from dough don’t eat much of it. Sugary things are very bad for you.
