Good stomach excersizes for a small room? And in water?!


Question: Good stomach excersizes for a small room!? And in water!?
I need some excersizes that will help me burn stomach fat, but that I can do in a small amount of space!. Say the size of one room!? (So no running, jogging, etc!.) I know you have to burn fat everywhere (not on a specific spot) but what do you think will make the most results on a big stomach!?

I also need some things to do in a pool that will help my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you mentioned there is no way to spot reduce!. You need to get your body moving for at least an hour to start burning fat!.

Jog in place
jumping jacks
situps - cross arms over chest go from 30 deg to 45 deg
- never go all the way down until done
- do them slowly
Pushups
squats, watch knees
Kicks, punchs ( shadow boxing)
!.!.!.!.

A perfect crawl will exercise all muscles in the body at once
Tread water, arms up

One extra thought:
Eat to live do not live to eat!. A behavior left over from out animal days and perpetuated by the middle ages is to eat mass amounts of food!. In todays world it is no longer necessary!. Not only are you killing yourself, it has been found that obesity is just as bad or worse than smoking, you are wasting resources!. Extra food means more livestock thus more gasses that are killing the atmosphere!. More food means over fishing of the seas!. More food means more pesticides and fertilizers made from oil!. It has also been found that minimum calorie diets can increase life expectancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
