support!. or good words of advice!. i am 14 years old over 250 pounds, and i have come to realize i need to lose ALOT of weight!. i will be eating right and working out because its so uncomfortable being fat, wearing ugly clothes, and having jeans at size like 20-22!! especially wehn ure friends are skinnnier than a stick!. i mean i know im not gonna be a size 0 but i just wanna look good and be healthy!. anybody have advice!?!? thank you [:Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have already given yourself the best advise - you know you aren't going to be a size zero so you wont be disappointed when you aren't, besides those b*tches are too skinny anyway, they need to eat a pizza!. But just do it the right way, losing a few pounds a week and don't get discouraged when you find a leveling off period!. there will be a time when you stop losing weight, and may actually gain a pound or two, the thing is you aren't gaining fat, as long as you are still dieting and exercising you will be losing fat, but you will also be gaining muscle!. muscle weighs more than fat so the scale will say you haven't lost weight or you are gaining weight when really you are still making yourself less fat!. The trick is to stay away from a scale!. If you go tot hte doctors, tel them you don't want to know your weight and turn around while they weigh you!. You will notice the difference, you will see it in the mirror, your clothes will fit better, you will have more energy!. Good luck and remember that Marlynn Monroe was a size 14 and she is still idolized today!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the Dr!. get some professional advice, then your parents will be forced to realize that you feel like you have a problem!.

Eat less and move more, its basic, you are so young its going to come off!.

You have friends tell them what you want to do, sometimes when you tell people its like they are there to hold you accountable!.

3600 calories = 1 lb!.

start by keeping a food diary, just count the calories!.!.!.see what you eat in a day, then limit you calories, by less than 500 a day, then after a few weeks limit again!. Don't go under 1200 calories unless a Dr!. says so!. Start off by walking or riding a bike for exercise!.!.maybe a friend will go with you or your mom!. After you get an exercise routine going start to add more into it

If you cut out soda all together you will see a dramatic improvement!.
