How can I get broad shoulders, muscular arms, and chest?!


Question: How can I get broad shoulders, muscular arms, and chest!?
I am a skinny 27-yr old guy--5'10'', 135 pounds!. I can eat tremendous amounts of food and never seem to get any bigger!. I want to be muscular and buff or at least as much as I can!. I can't afford the gym now, so tell me what I can do as far as exercises and what to eat to help with this!. Or is it just my genetics and there's nothing I can do (sad!.!.!.)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

a lot of gyms in my area are 20$ a month!. if you cant afford it though its ok!. first off, never blame that **** on genetics!. i was 5'11, 115 lbs and i got pretty jacked from just working hard and eating right!. it just takes commitment!. if you can get a hold of weights then check out www!.bodybuilding!.com or find one of those sites where you can make a workout in accordance with your equipment!. things like push ups and pull ups cant only take you so far unless you add some kind of weighted resistance to them although going without the weight is better than nothing!. eat nutrient loaded meals with a lot of protein 5 or more times a day (easy for us guys who eat tons and dont gain weight haha)!. even if you keep it to push ups, pull ups and sit ups!. do 5 max sets of each one and try to get weights in there!. theres other calisthenic exercises out there so just check them out on google or even crossfit!.com!.

You def need some weights even if you cant go to the gym at least some dumb bells!. You need muscle, or also known as weight lifting!. Besides pull ups and push ups you need to be able to do lateral raises, front raises, bicep curls, triceps extensions and kickbacks, as well as bench press with either a bar bell or dumb bells in order to tone, shape, and give your body a more muscular upper body build!.

It may be your genetics!. Consider yourself lucky!. But you gain muscle growth by working them through lifting weights!. For the arms, barbells are good!. For broad shoulders and chest, heavier free weights will do the trick!. Push-ups are good for shoulders, arms and chest!. Up your !.protein intake by eating lean meat!. Well i'm not really a health expert but my friend was similar to u!. He just started workin out just bout everyday and taking protein shakes!. You can look up good workouts at the flex magazine website for the things you want to work on!.!.!. hope this helped manWww@Answer-Health@Com
