How much exercise should I do?

I am 5'4 and weight 168, I run 1 1/2 hour a day every day. I do weights 4 times a week for about 30 minutes. Is this a good exercise routine? I need to loose this weight fast. I want to be 140 in September.

Be careful, losing weight too fast isn't healthy. But your goal sounds reasonable. You have about 13 weeks to lose 28 lbs (or roughly 2.1 lbs per week). You need to weight train and do cardio- so good thing you are already doing that. Stick to it! And most importantly, learn to eat right. Eat six times a day (3 reasonable meals and 3 snacks), throw away the junk food, and cut your sugar intake.
