Morning workouts Vs. Evening workouts?!
Question:
Morning workouts Vs. Evening workouts?
I have a busy schedule...3 kids, I leave my house at 7:15am to get to work at 8:00am, and I get home around 6:30pm and have to make dinner, ect.
I usually get the kiddos in bed and then go work out from about 8:45pm-10pm. At that point I have so much energy that I could run a marathon.
I hate getting up even earlier that my typical 6:00am, however I think that I might be doing better if I got up at 4:45am, went to the gym, and then came home.
I would like opinions on morning vs. evening workouts, and also suggestions on how to make it easier to get up at sunrise.
