Question: Is it dangerous to quit smoking and drugs and start exercising!?
I want to join the marines and I used to smoke cigarettes and pot!. Is there any health risk involved with going "cold turkey" and pursuing a physically fit life with the Corps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, offcourse not, as long as you eat healthy food while exercising for a few weeks atleast until your body throws the toxins out!. You will feel times of uneasiness but they should pass with the passing days!. You will end up much much better and in better health!.

By quiting smoking and drugs, and at the same time putting your mind and body to work then you will surely be the best quitter out there!. This is the absolute way to quit smoking but most people can't do this all at once!.

Pat yourself the day when you have quit and stayed off smoking!.

Besides the mental withdrawls, there is no real health risk not counting the damage you've already done!. If you've quit cold turkey, it shouldn't get any worse!. There's always the increased risk of cancer, but there's nothing you can do about that!. If you're ready to turn your habits around, that's all anyone can ask of you and there's no reason why you can't escape the early death sentence you had on yourself before!.

You may want to train up your cardio before you enlist!. You probably have hell of smoker's lung and you'll need to be able to keep your wind through the training in boot camp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
