Question: HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP what am i meant to eat to lose weight i don't have a clue!?
i think im a fat bastard!. someone tell me hat to eat to not be fat!. if i new what to eat i probly would not have a fat belly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

simple - eat a tiny bit less!. exercise abit more, eat healthily!. by doing this you should be losing 1-2 pounds a week!. it really is as simple as that!. if you feel like a pack of crisps have a banana or two :) XxxXWww@Answer-Health@Com

When you have your meal your plate should be half veggies or salad!. The other half shoul be divided and half should be a lean meat ( chicken- not fried, but grilled) Stay away from bacon and ham!. The salt content will make you retain water and are high in fat!. Your meat serving should be about the size of your fist!. The other can be a whole grain roll or potato on occasion, and other times fruit!. Careful of condiments they are loaded with sugars and empty calories!. Ketchup is a killer for it!. Try low sugar ketchup- same taste less calories and sugar!. 64oz of water a day will help your body not feel dehyrated and you won't retain water as much, plus you feel fuller longer

Make sure you eat 3 meals a day and 2 small healthy snacks like celery sticks with light ranch, dill pickle spear or SF jello!. They help keep your matabolisim going!.

Drinking a cup of water before you eat a meal will slightly fill up your stomach, so you won't eat as much during the actual meal!. (This is what my friend used to do and it really worked) Fruits and Vegetables are also good for a healthy diet!. Also try to replace soda with something healthier like fruit juice!. It's also good to exercise every once in a while!.

well, i personally think you should eat fruit and drink at least 3 cups of water a day!. You should also exercise 1HOUR day to add to your diet!. One thing you should NOT do is starve yourself, that might get you sick!.

Eat lots of raw veggies!. Drink water instead of juice or soda!. Eat fresh fruit and whole grains (brown rice and 100% whole wheat bread instead of white rice or white bread)!.
