Need some tips for the gym?!


Question: Need some tips for the gym!?
Im going back to the gym and I'm planning on loosing weight but also work on my muscles!. Im 16 and im a little over 10 pounds overweight!. The guy running the place said that it was better if I work on my major muscles first then the arms and legs!. What are some exercises that could work those major muscles like back, chest, legs, abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!.one of the best ways to burn more fat is to develop muscle in one of the largest body parts!.!.!.which is the Quadriceps (aka the frontal thighs)!.!.!.Now, if you're going to the gym, and want to use the equipment there, I can tell you that Leg Extensions are excellent for working out the Quads!.!.!.So are the Leg Press!.!.!.The Leg Press is also great for working the Hamstrings (back of thighs)!.!.!.You can view these two exercises here:

Other non-equipment exercises that are not only good for the Quads, but for the butt & hamstrings are: Lunges, Squats, and Deadlifts
For the Back you could use the Lat Pull-Down Machine in the gym!.!.!.Or using just dumbells (or a barbell), you could do some Bent over Rows, shown here: http://www!.bodybuilding!.com/fun/exercise!.!.!.
Other Back exercises: The Superman, The Alternating Superman, Dumbell Pullovers!.!.!.
For the Chest, you could do: Pushups, Chest Press, Chest Flyes!.!.!.

For Abs: The Air Bike, Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Cross-Body Crunches

yea your supposed to work you major muscles first because you need help from the smaller muscles so if you were to work the smaller muscles and then the major youd be too tired before you got into them
but when im doing them i ussually do some squats and lunges calf raises then do the hamstrings and inner and outter thighs
and for my arms i do the chest presses and reverse chest presses and whole bunch of other chest and back machines then go into biceps and tricepsWww@Answer-Health@Com

As u are 16 building muscle is only facination for now!. The best thing is your over all body should be strong so take no need to take too much weights make light work out to the full body, for a three months period by this time you will understand the body physics and building the muscle is not a issue then but always start with your left hand if you are a right hander vise versa,!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. and there should be 48 hours gap for each muscle excercise you work out!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
