Question: Interesting ways to curb appetite!?
Anyone have interesting ways to curb an appetite besides drinking water!? My recent discovery is to eat spoonful after spoonful of the creamy broth that comes from soaking steel cut oats!. It's absolutely delicious!. I imagine it's very low in calories, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gum really helps!. Besides that i would say fruit with fibers, protein snacks, a glass of low fat milk, carrots helps too (vegetables in general)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One excellent way to curb the appetite is to eat about 300 calories when you're hungry!. Do this 5 or 6 times a day and you will not have eaten a lot of calories; nor will you have went hungry!. Life is too short to deny yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
