Don't like vegetables and fish. What can I eat instead?!


Question: Don't like vegetables and fish!. What can I eat instead!?
I unfortunately am not a big favourite of vegetables and I don't eat seafood!. Anything I can eat to get the vitamins I need!? I found I am often tired and lacking energy and think it is because of my poor diet!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom used to boil all of our vegetables which made them mushy!. It wasn't until I encountered steamed veggies that I began to like them!. I've also found that I like them raw and grilled as well!. She also only served iceberg lettuce salads which are pretty bland as well!. But I tried and became a big fan of green salads (without dressing or with a salad spritzers)!.

So experiment with different veggies and different ways of preparing them!. There will be something you like!.

You could also try dishes that have a lot of veggies in them like:
- Spaghetti sauce
- Pizza
- Fajitas
- Pot pie
- Soups and stews

My final push into being a veggie lover actually came when I married the daughter of a vegetarian!. I'm still a big meat eater, but I can handle a vegetarian meal every now and again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone needs to eat vegetables!. there are so many vegetables its impossible not to hate at least one of them!. Im sure you'll be fine without fish, there are heaps of people who can't stand seafod!. just eat lean meats and if you still can't eat vegetables, take multivitamins!. don't think of vegetables as carrot and celery sticks, green salads, peas on the side, etc!. try vegetbles in stirfrys, lasagnes, currys there are so many ways you can eat vegetables!. it'll probably easier for you to eat them cooked not raw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fish is something you can live without, but vegetables are a stable for good health and well-being!. Learn different ways of preparing them, many people don't like them simply because they're cooked to mush!.

You could take vitamin and mineral supplements to boost yourself again, but I think you're going to have to learn to live with the old five a day fruit/veg combo!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try chicken and lean red meats!. It has lots of protein!. And instead of cutting veggies out completely eat the ones you actually like!. You could also get a multi vitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
