Question:
What effect would powerball have?
I'm quite fat and was going to purchase a powerball to try it out.. I know they built muscle, but was wondering can they burn fat as well?
Please explain what effect it would have on someone fat who used it properly?
Also when fat, if you build muscle doing exercises, does that burn fat, or just stay hidden until fat burnt?

If you do yoga and other ball exercises, you will begin to burn fat immediately. Just by exercising, your metabolism begins to speed up, which burns fat. Also, you will begin to burn more fat as a fuel to build muscle. They go hand-in-hand. Good luck!
