Your breakfast is good, however switch to low fat milk!.

Lunch isnt nearly enough!. You should eat the bulk of foods at lunch!. So try having fish, chicken or lean red meat and steamed veggies here!.

I think you know that thats not enough food to sustain a healthy lifestyle!. your body needs that amount of food just to maintain normal bodily functions, add the other ESSENTIAL food groups to your diet and spend some time exercising!. f you are doing this as some form of weight loss regime you should also know that eating less actually makes you retain fat because your body fears it will "starve" regular meals that are for filling are much better for losing weight!. Lots of water is always good though!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends what you're activities are!. there aren't substantial carbs or fat in that diet so you'll have little energy!. the breakfast and lunch are good but you have to remember that tea is the last thing you're eating for at least 12 hours and it also has to replace what has been used during the day!. try adding some brown pasta or rice with it if you're feeling a bit lathargic after the first day!.
2000kcal is recommended for the average person if you dont want to lose or gain weight so just bear that in mindWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is not wise to eat diff types of fruit at the same time!. and the protein content seems to be poor!. here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah I think there would only be around 800 calories in that and really you should be eating around 1200 - 1500 calories to lose weight!. The problem is if you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode, slows your metabolism down and makes it even harder to lose weight!. All I eat is oatmeal in the morning, a bananna and 4 grapes for lunch, and 4 carrots and 4 greenbeans for dinner, then run 6 miles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
