1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

I would go on the south beach diet but you need to be committed--people say you gain the weight back but you don't gain it back unless you stop completely and quit drinking water and only drink pop all day--trust me--you will lose 10 lbs!. the first to weeks most likely

it's funny when people thumbs down south beach--but then if I described it they would give me a thumbs up--it is not low carb--in fact south beach is all about the carbs--just only good carbs and good fats!. I think a lot of people misunderstand what it is all about!. If they actually read the books and/or did a little research on the internet they would realize it is exactly the diet that they are describing!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok,this is how I did it!.First,switch whatever your drinking to water!.Lots and lots of it!.Eat a small healthy breakfast!.Lunch time eat a low fat low cal frozen meal!.!.like Lean Cuisine(not the right spelling) Eat a regular dinner,just smaller portions!.!.now the thing is to stop eating I mean Everything by 6 or 7 at night!.!.!.in between meals eat carrots or celery or even a whole can of green beans!.!.You do that,you can loose a pound every other day!.!.good luck!.Also,rice cakes are good,filling and really help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not impossible at all!.
My mom is doing weight watchers and she lost 9 lbs in like 5 weeks!.

She would have lost more but we ate out too many times and she's going to school, and work, and keeps up with us so she didn't really have time to exercise!.

She's like superwoman I'm tellin ya!.

Impossible!. Be realistic!. The most you could probably lose in a month in a healthy way is about 6 pounds!. Next time don't wait until June to decide to go on a nutritional plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
