Question:
What's the best way to maximize muscle gain and strength while toning and looking cut?
My workout consists of a lot of heavy lifting and not necessarily a lot of low weight toning. So what should I do to get muscles that bulge while still looking cut? I take supplements that provide me with my whey protein and they should have a good amount of the other nutrients i need but i can't be sure what exactly i should be looking for. So does anyone know what I can do?

Go there now. Click on "3 Ways to Get Big!" right on the main page. You aren't going to bulge if you don't have the muscle tissue there in the first place. If you want to bulge, you gotta lift big and eat big. Once you get the size, you can work on cutting down.
I doubt you are taking the supplements you really need.
