Find a heavy piece of pipe or a long log and place it across your shoulders behind your neck!. Grab the pipe/pole as far as your arms can stretch and twist your upper body back and forth while keeping your hips stationary!. The heavier the pipe/pole, the quicker the results!.

Just do some side crunches and some sit ups!. Pushups will also help, but side crunches will help the best!
