5'10" 125 lbs - How can I gain weight fast?!


Question: 5'10" 125 lbs - How can I gain weight fast!?
I've always been an extremely skinny guy!. I'm not tall, so I'm just skin and bones, kids!. I'd really like to gain 20 lbs by August!.

This is easily attainable if I had a lot of time, but unfortunately, I have two jobs and college right now!. I don't have time to go to a gym!. And I suppose the main thing is: I'M BROKE [debt isn't fun, watch your spending kids]!.

So, with that said, what would be reasonable for me to do to gain 20 lbs, or near that amount!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well to gain you have to eat, eat alot more than you are eating, to direct this extra calorie consumption in the right direction, squats and dip with weight, or else bench, you need a spotter though!. John McCallum says that dips will do as much for your upper body as squats will for your lower body!. Also do bet over row or pull-ups!. Pull with lats under control!. Squats and milk as outlined in John McCallums The Complete Keys to progress,, also in MArk Berries course, (old stuff) and other places, Beyond Brawn is good and if you wnat something that has absolutely nothing but telling you how to squat than get Super Squats but I reccomend getting McCallum or Sturat McRoberts as they have the squats and much more!.Basically you take a weight you can get ten reps with and do twenty, take at least three full bvreaths in between each rep and take as many as needed, you must get twenty reps though!. At elast a half galon of milk and up protein and calories, do 3 10-12 rep sets of dips and pullups in between squatting!. Also after squats do 1-2 sets of 20 some pullovers with light wieght or else Rader Chest pull to expand rib cage!. Thats all I knwo, you have to eat big to get big, anbd if you wnat muscle than yu have to train for muscular adaptation as well!. A way to get bigger and a lot stronger would be to do multiple i!.e!. 10 or more sets or low reps (3-5) after first two stes reduce weigth and keep doing low rep sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
