try eating! Paul McKenna analysed the way thin people eat as opposed to the way fat people eat and based his series and book "I can make you thin" on his findings!. Thin people, eat when they are hungry, the eat what they want, and they stop when they are full, they think about what they are eating, enjoy every mouthful and stop eating when they don't enjoy each mouthful, the body's way of saying it is full!. You could do a lot worse than get the book, I dropped all the weight I needed to and it has kept off, I eat whatever I want, when I want and don't go hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't drink water, that makes it worse!
Chewing gum just makes saliva run down your throat and prepares your body for food, then when you don't eat food because you're chewing gum, you'll get more hunger pangs!

Try reducing your hunger!. Consider placing food in your mouth, afterwords try using your esphagaus to pull it down into an area of the body reffered to as the stomach
