How can i get to a size zero in two mounths?!


Question: How can i get to a size zero in two mounths!?
Im 12 and i wat 126lbs!. im a size 7-9 in juniers i want to be a size zero!. im 5'2feet!.
is there any way i can get that small in two mounths!? i need 2 because im going to fun town splash town any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No way you can get that skinny that fast, even if your anorexic or bulimic, so go for an easier goal like 3-5 its possible to lose 20 pounds in 2 months and you'll still look good (shakira is a 3 or 5 i think and she looks sexy)!. Anyway try toning, you'll look better!. Ive seen ppl that arent completely fatless but toned(not muscular, there is a big difference) and they look awesome in bikinis!. If you're really self-conscious, get a tankini or use board shorts(the splash town should allowed them since guys wear them)!. Anyway, try dieting, drinking protein shakes whenever you feel hungry, aim for 4 mini lunches(like what you would eat at school in half) and spread them out (8, 12, 4, 8) and try to join a gym or YMCA!. A gym lets ppl who r 14 so if you wanna fake ur age they dont ask for ID and there are a lot of hot guys working out too =)

A really important helpful advice that always helps me on a diet is ice!. Chew on ice, it tricks ur stomach but dont have too much or it'll damage your teeth(im told, my teeth are fine and i do it whenever)!. And apparently sometimes ur thirsty instead of hungry so try cold water(stick a gallon of H20 in the frige)!.

And maybe talk to your doctor because what works for me might not work with you and i dont want you to get ill cuz of me!. I have low blood sugar if taht might b a complication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way that you could lose that much in a short amount of time is by basically eating nothing and exercising all the time!. However, that would be extremely unhealthy and you will end up looking like a skeleton which is very unattractive!. Focus on being healthy instead of being a tiny size zero, you will be much happier in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

to begin with, try exercising everyday for at least 15 or 20 minutes, whether you run, and do abs or you walk, make sure you do something athletic!. Eat as many fruits and veggies to keep your body healthy, and avoid all sodas and sweets!. You may not be able to get to a size 0 but you'll definately lose weight!. you are just 12!. i don't know if you can do that in 2 months!. size 0 is a litte too much for your age!. its possible to be a size 6 in 2 months!. just cut down on your food and start running , 30 mins!. a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
