Question: How large should each glass of water be when fulfilling the daily quota of 8 glasses a day!?
Does anyone know the answer in ml!? I have a lot of different glasses, some large, some small so I have no idea what size I should be drinking out of!. Any ideas!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is said 8 oz!. (250 ml), which would give you 64 oz!. (1/2 gallon, or 2 quarts, or 2 liters) of water!. But that's really just a guideline!. Unless you live in a very hot or cold climate, 32 oz!. of water, and the rest in the form of other fluids and food, is supposed to be fine!.

Whatever you do, if you do decide to drink 8 8 oz!. glasses, don't do it too fast!. Water poisoning is no joke!. Spread it out over the full day!. And drink some of it warm, too, that's better for your cells (you can add herbal tea for flavor if you like)!. Avoid ice water!. Very jarring to the cells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good question!.!.!.Im so sick of these kids saying you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day!.!.!.!.well the way glasses have changed so have the human body!. The correct amount of water is your body weight divided in half equals the right fluid ozs!. to drink daily!.

For people to say 8 glasses is just stupid!. What size of glass!? It matters more about the size of the person!. Not all people are like they were back when that rule was made!. You should also not go over 100 ozs a day because it will mess with your electorlites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not everyone needs the same amount of water each day!. It really depends on the individual!. Don't worry about the 8's!.!.!.it's up to your metabolism!. Just drink until you're hydrated (peein' clear) and then you can slow down a little throughout the day!. The more you drink, the more you'll want to drink!. The 8 glasses of water is a myth anyway, there are tons of reports where doctors show there's no truth to it!. Won't hurt you, won't really help you either!. So any size glass you want will do!

OK here's an easy formula for how much water to take in, your weight divided by two!. That's the number of ounces you should drink every day!. Just grab a measuring cup and 1 cup is 8 ounces!. repeat as necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
