Which diet is best for me?!


Question: Which diet is best for me!?
I weigh 253 pounds!.i want to reach my goal of weighing 185 pounds!.ive done south beach and another one forget which one,but i just need something effective!.i lose weight easily from simple things like walking or just anything active pretty much!.any good help would be much appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
avoid foods that are fried and/or have cheese on them!.
if you must choose, choose cheese over fried!.
avoid candy and especially soft drinks (regular and diet)!.
if you must choose, choose candy over soft drinks

drink water and unsweet tea!.
eat only until you are satisfied!.
exercise at least 30 minutes a day!. (you may want to only exercise every other day for the first couple of weeks until you are used to it!.)

at one time i weighed 260 pounds!. today, i weigh 185!.

if you like to shop, one of my tricks is to go to the mall whenever possible, walk around a lot, and try on clothes!. if i've lost a bit of weight, i buy something new!. my incentive for losing weight is that i keep fitting in the clothes i bought and i get to buy new clothes when i lose a bit more weight!. if your a guy, i'm sorry- i couldn't remember if you were a guy or a girl i was too busy looking at the question and if i hit the back button i will lose all the smart sounding stuff i wrote down!

another trick is to go to taco bell and eat off the fresco menu!.
if your like me and you love mexican (ok, americanized mexican, but hey, it's still good and cheap and relatively healthy without the cheese and sour cream)

hey alright, south beach, LA, all of those things don't count as much as what you already know, you know what is healthy and what is not, exercise is the absolute most important part of losing weight if you do sit-ups, run, walk, weight lifting is also good because it gets your metabolism higher so you burn calories faster, lift some, run alot or walk, one of the biggest things is to not snack, only eat at meals if you can

well you could always try eating healthier alternatives instead of fries and a hamburger go home yourself and make them home made and reduce the fat by draining the grease in it then every day do something like going out with friends and going on a walk or if you have a dog go run with it
or if you have stairs you can slide down them
that worked for me
if you eat less and slower your stomach will shrink making you want less food
eat every 3 to 4 hours but small portions
and lay off on the sweets
like once a week is splurging time
it worked for my entire family so itll probably work for you too
i do this exercise on something call a Bosu ball

i weigh the same as you!. do the cabbage diet it really works!.

I wouldn't recommend the Southbeach diet!. I've heard they aren't healthy because of the nutrients they lack!. I would recommend Weight Watchers!. They seem to be very healthy and easy to follow!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
