How do you motivate yourself to stay dieting and not cheat?
Answers:
Don't diet. Works for me. The key to actually losing weight is eating right by following the food pyramid, and exercising. You'll eventually get off your diet and most likely gain every pound back and more, but eating right becomes your lifestyle, and keeps you healthy.
The difference between the two is that dieting restricts you from a lot of foods and eventually you'll cave and binge. Eating right is eating everything in moderate portions.
In eating right and in small portions you are able to allow yourself a treat everyday without having any regrets. Don't live off of soda, diet or not, though. Drink lots of water, and you'll actually FEEL better.
