Question: Is this a good way to loose thigh and leg fat!?!?!?HELP!!!!?
I was reading this article about trans fat and it said that if you eat more trans fat you will get a bigger belly!. And trans fat shifts fat from other places to your belly and creates new fat on your belly!. So I was thinking that if I eat tons of trans fat it will shift my thigh and leg fat to my belly!. Then all the fat gathered on my belly can go away be doing tons of sit ups for about a week or 2 weeks!. Is this a good way!? Is it healthy!?
And can you name foods with high trans fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uh, no, it's not a good way, and that's not how it works!. It doesn't transfer the fat you already have to your stomach!. Also, doing situps doesn't get rid a belly fat, only cardio does!. You can't lost fat in one spot by targeting exercise, you can gain muscle that way, but not lose fat!. Fat is kind of an all or nothing deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not a good way to lose weight!.

I was in a similar situation not too long ago!. I needed to lose some weight for the summer!.

I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work!.
