The lower body workout?
I work out my upper body with mass workouts and using heavy weights. I did the same on my legs. Now I want to do some cutting up sessions on the legs, and bttocks. Does anyone know how many reps, amount of weight on each set, and how many sets I should do to cut up the quads and loose some buttocks weight?????
